Niyati is part of the CA industrial trainee program at Aditya Birla Ventures, where she evaluates early growth companies across sectors.

She is drawn to new ideas and the changing dynamics that create opportunities for businesses.

Prior to joining Aditya Birla Ventures, Niyati worked in equity research, where she gained experience in analysing public companies and emerged sectors.

She is pursuing Chartered Accountancy and has a keen interest in financial markets and investing.
